Kelsey Plum celebrated her wedding this weekend, she revealed Saturday via Instagram.
The Aces guard married Raiders tight end Darren Waller on Saturday in Las Vegas, the city each of their teams calls home.
Raiders coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler had revealed the news ahead of the ceremony, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. The duo applied for their marriage license on Jan. 22. They’ve been dating since last year but made no public announcement about their engagement.
Plum has played for the Aces’ franchise since 2017, when she was selected with the No. 1 overall pick in the WNBA draft. She is also the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division I women’s basketball history and won an Olympic gold medal in Tokyo with the women’s 3×3 basketball team.
She recently won the 2022 title with the Aces, the first in franchise history.
