The last few days have seen an unprecedented outpouring of grief over the passing of Kobe and Gianna Bryant, as well as the seven others involved in last weekend’s helicopter crash. Kobe was beloved by athletes everywhere, and his respect and passion for women’s sports was deeply felt and appreciated.
