Leanne Wong added another medal to her haul from the World Gymnastics Championships, taking home bronze in the floor exercise final on Sunday in Kitakyushu, Japan.
Wong finished behind Japan’s Murakami Ma, who clinched gold with a score of 14.066, and Russia’s Angelina Melnikova, who won silver at 14.000. The American, making her debut at the World Championships, posted a 13.833 for third place in Sunday’s event.
On Thursday, the 18-year-old won silver in the all-around, with Melnikova taking gold.
