The U.S. women’s national soccer team kicked off its Concacaf W Championship training with a heated game of handball.
The team posted a video of the session to its social media account, showing the squad having a little fun ahead of World Cup qualifying in Mexico.

The USWNT will begin their World Cup qualifying campaign Monday against Haiti at Estadio Universitario in Mexico. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network, Paramount+ and ViX.
The United States has won all seven of its previous meetings with Haiti, most recently downing the team 4-0 in January 2020.
