Candace Parker made more history Thursday, becoming the first WNBA player to record three career triple-doubles.

With 10 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists through three quarters, Parker also became the first player with multiple triple-doubles in a season. Parker’s second triple-double came earlier this year against Washington, and her first in 2017.

Her final points needed to secure the triple-double were assisted by Allie Quigley.

On top of the history-making night, it was also Parker’s first time playing back in Los Angeles since leaving as a free agent for Chicago.

After the game, Parker said she doesn’t think it’ll be long before others surpass her on the record books. After Parker recorded her second triple-double, Sabrina Ionescu followed with her second, and the Liberty star has come close a couple of times since then.

“I think the game is changing,” Parker said. “I think we’re gonna very soon see this on a nightly basis. We’re going to see those playmakers who have the ball in their hands. So I don’t know how long I’m going to hold onto this. But I’m grateful for this opportunity to play on a team where we can spread the wealth.”

The Sky beat the Sparks 82-59, with five Sky players in double-digits.
