The Australian striker chested down a long ball from goalkeeper Zećira Mušović before looping it over the Aston Villa keeper, inspiring a thunderous celebration from the Blues.

Chelsea got out to a slow start, but changes from Emma Hayes at halftime buoyed the Blues, with Sophie Ingle coming on at the break, followed by Erin Cuthbert and Jessie Fleming in the 66th minute.
Keeping the pressure up, Chelsea finally found its break in stoppage time to earn three points in the WSL standings.

Should Arsenal win their Sunday evening matchup against Brighton, Chelsea will sit eight points below the Gunners in the WSL standings, with their sights set on dethroning their rivals from the top of the table.
