Angel Reese returned to the Atlanta Dream lineup on Monday and turned in her best game of the season. After sitting out Saturday's loss to Portland with a leg injury, the three-time WNBA All-Star racked up some impressive stats.
She scored 23 points on 7-for-11 shooting and went 8-for-8 from the free-throw line. Reese also added 13 rebounds, two assists, and three steals in Atlanta's eventual 101-92 win over the LA Sparks.

The victory was a needed one for a team that had lost six of its last seven games.
With the score knotted at 87 late in the fourth quarter, Reese hit a three-pointer to give Atlanta the lead. She then sank two free throws to put the game away.
"I just felt like I was on a blacktop," Reese said afterward. "I felt like I was back home at Baltimore. The family was here, and the culture."

Angel Reese Continues to Lead WNBA Stats
Angel Reese's stats this season continue to set the pace across the WNBA.
Monday's outing marked her 16th double-double of the 2026 campaign, the most in the league. She also averages 11.8 rebounds per game alongside a career-high 15.3 points. Teammate Allisha Gray praised the three-pointer as a turning point, calling Reese an unselfish player who keeps improving.
